 The Thai flag consists of 3 main colors: red, white and blue. It is divided into five stripes and the innermost stripe is blue. Next to the outside, both above, below, are white and red, respectively, the blue stripe is twice as large as the other color stripes. The meanings are as follows.

 Red represents the nation

 White means religion

 Blue represents the king.

 However, the name of this flag is called Trirong flag (Tri = three, Rong = color) because King Rama VI celebrates "Mark of the Tricolor" was established in 1921 by defining the meaning of the tricolor flag that

 Red means the blood that sacrifices the nation.

 White color represents the purity of Buddhism and Dharma.

 Blue represents the color of the King.

 Although such a definition is not a description that has been officially promulgated But these three things are the ideology of the state that he has cultivated. So that the Thai people have a real sense of nationalism
