The Burmese flag is divided into 3 parts in length and equally in width, each with a different color. Running from top to bottom is yellow, green and red, while the center of the flag is a large white five-pointed star.
Green represents the peace, calm and abundance of Burma.
Yellow means unity
Red means courage, strength and determination.
The white star represents a solid union, unity.
